I was sleeved on 12/31/15. My starting weight was 262 and the last time I checked my weight which was a month ago I was 164. I'm happy with my progress I just need to hit the gym harder.

I'm eating basically all of the same things you are eating.... I eat chicken and fish too

I had mine on 12/31 and I can't stomach the Protein Shakes. I haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks but I was at a stand still at a lost of 29 pounds

FOR SOME REASON I DONT KNOW WHEN IM FULL. I EAT UNTIL I THINK IM FULL AND I WAIT 45 MINUTES TO HAVE A SIP OF Water BUT SOON AS I SIP MY STOMACH START GROWLING ....DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THAT PROBLEM? SLEEVE DATE 12/31/15
