Hi Melissa! I was banded on 2/5 and am down just 40 lbs - I am getting discouraged - just had my second fill yesterday and wanted to reach out to you for some encouragement..........what has made you so successful? I too have 3 kids under age 5, work full time, take care of house and hubby full time. I know I need to exercise MORE (I walk 4 miles 3x's a week - but need more cardio) and have been eatiing way too much junk food. Seems some days it's all I can get down.......Any words of wisdom here?? LOL - ehoppie@aol.com
