Hey guys!
So I love running these challenges and I will be starting a new one for summer BUT I am not sure when that will be!
I am having my panniculectomy surgery on MONDAY!! TWO days away! I'm honestly very nervous as they gave me an over 50% chance of wound complication rate in combination with my track record of doing terrible after surgery.
So once I feel well enough to host a challenge I will post a new one!
Hopefully it is not too long!
Thanks all of you for participating all these weeks!!
I've really enjoyed doing these challenges with you!
I will keep you in my prayers and thank you [emoji4]

At 270 I will be exactly HALF of who I was 10/29/15
Congratulations [emoji322]

I threw away the sleep apnea referral and never did it. Surgeon didn't ask and I didn't say a word. 1 year post op[emoji6]

See your primary if your surgeon & nutritionist aren't helping you, truly it sounds like you are malnourished. Try baby food if you can't stomach any real food but I'd definitely go talk to someone I can't imagine anyone telling you that what your eating is good for you, sorry [emoji52]

Walking helped me the most as well. Start slow and build up. Even if slow means walking to the end of your driveway and back[emoji6]

I cheated but only with low carb food like an egg, a tablespoon of green Beans and a few bites of meat. Not that I'm encouraging you to cheat but everything went fine for me . I read somewhere that the object of the preop is to shrink your liver and low carb does that so I figured I was fine but again I never cheated with sugary foods oh yeah and of course I had [emoji477]️.
