Have you tried GENEPRO it's unflavored and I just mixed it with 3oz. Of Starbucks light mocha frappucino and it saved my life because I too had a hard time getting anything to stay down right after surgery. Hope it helps.

You should be ok. My doctor prescribed codeine for pain after surgery and then Tylenol when I ran out[emoji6]

You should be able to drink Protein Shakes my surgeons nutritionist gave me a binder with pre and post directions and she told me not to drink juice at all.
