@@shelly, I haven't told anyone but my husband as well (not even my parents/siblings). I just didn't want the stupid questions/responses.

I planned on doing a food funeral but chickened out because I kept hearing about surgeries being cancel due to swollen livers getting in the way. I didn't have a pre op diet (only nothing after midnight the night before). I actually put myself on Clear Liquids 2 days before and nothing at all the whole day before. I REFUSED to be awakened to a surgeon telling me that they couldn't complete it.
