  1. I need a buddy also! I seem to have lost all motivation. I have stopped exercising completely, I bought new clothes that are too small now, and I just eat things that I know I am not suppose to! I worked so hard to loose the first 50 pounds now I don't know what happened. It's like I just don't care anymore.

    Somebody give me a swift kick in the butt to help me get back on track! (I think that's what I need)


  2. NO NO NO more Bagels (my favorite)... I tried one a few months ago (2 fills ago) I took all the breading out of the middle even so it was really only the shell and put some cream cheese on it and it got stuck! I felt horrible the rest of the day. I don't think I will be trying that again especially since I have more restriction now. Good luck if you try.


  3. I love my Wii Fit!!! I play everyday. I actually get sore from some of the strength training moves. The kids love it also, they don't even realize they are doing something good for them.


  4. You have to remember they operated on our stomachs not our heads. I still go out to eat and think I can have an appetizer, salad, meal, and dessert! Well I can't physically, so mentally we have to remind ourselves everyday. Everyone is going to have a bad day now and then.

    I am a tester I spent the past week or so testing myself and my band I certainly failed the test I gained 8 pounds. But now I am done with that and I will get back up and keep going.

    It takes time it is really slow and sometimes frustrating but when we finally get the restriction we are looking for it will be easier (hopefully?). No I am sure it will be easier then.

    As for the clothes in the garbage bags I did the same thing now we need to have a little self confidence and tell ourselves that we are never going to be in them again and throw them out or sell them or donate them whatever just get them out of the house.
