When did everyone switch over to taking a regular pill multi Vitamin instead of the chewable? This last week every time I have had my chewable vitamin I have gotten sick. (No I am not taking it on an empty stomach). I am two months post op.

Sounds like you are doing great! Keep it up!! Would love to have another person to help keep myself accountable and to help motivate each other.

I will be 33 next month, highest weight was 278, current weight is 238, goal weight is 140 . That is fantastic with the gym and bike and elliptical! Male/female? And what is your goal weight?

Probably. What are you doing for exercise? I'm getting at least 10,000 steps in. Trying to be on the elliptical at least 15 minutes daily. I have three little boys, so just trying stay active and focus on my Water and food intake. I just started keeping a food/water/ Vitamin diary.

I am still having a hard time with eating. It's getting much better, but often feels like things are getting stuck. Constipation sometimes, no real gas usually. Down 40 pounds so far. The last two weeks the number on the scale have stayed the same, but my clothes are really starting to fit differently!
