  1. I had my surgery on February 15th. Since then I don't feel any different. I don't feel full since started soft purée diet. I am hungry all the time. I lost my sense of smell. The only difference is I feel tired. I will confess I ate two ritz crackers the other night Bc I felt so nauseous. What am I doing wrong?! Could my pouch Be open? Is it beneficial to restart my phases again? I feel horrible for eating the crackers.

  6. Ok so I had surgery on Monday and I know it's only clear fluids however I don't feel like I am getting enough protein in. Any suggestions? I am currently taking chicken broth, isopure clear liquid, sugar free Popsicles.
  7. I am still in pain since Monday. However it is subsiding each day. Stay on top of your pain medication. Don't be a hero. I learned my lesson last night. I thought I didn't need it since I felt pretty good. Then I woke up and I started crying. I'm a big titty baby though. Everyone's pain is different.
  8. Thank you ladies for your feedback. The pain has somewhat subsided this evening. So I am doing better.

  12. Well my surgery was yesterday (2/15). I woke up in excruciating pain, I found this odd because what I have read from everyone else that surgery wasn't that bad. Maybe I am just a big baby. I am finally home. I always heal better when I am home. Good luck everyone. I will fill in more information after I don't feel so loopy.
  13. Newbe312 I woke up in a lot of pain. Fortunately it is starting to settle. How are you today?

  17. You are meant for something more than him. I am so sorry this happened to you but your gorgeous and don't feel any different. That guy didn't deserve you!
  18. I'm February 15th! Two more days! Monday can't get here soon enough!
  19. So surgery is scheduled this upcoming Monday. I am super nervous. ???? I am going to the hospital today for preop and to speak with the anesthesiologist since I have bradycardia and severe hypotension(yes you read that right). My normal blood pressure is 90/50 and heart rate is in the 40's. I am extremely exhausted all the time. Apparently it's really rare to have readings like this when your obese and out of shape. I'm fixing that though lol. So anyways just wanted to give a update. I lost quite a bit of weight a year ago but it's slowly creeping up again. That's why we thought it would be best to do surgery. HW: 286 CW: 208 GW: 150

  21. @@RNYDawn We really need to stay in touch next week. I will inform you the moment I wake up from surgery. I consider this forum as family now. It's nice to read so many positive comments and having people go through the same thing
  22. Good luck tomorrow!!
