  7. I was sleeved 1/25/15 and have lost 82lbs I don't have skin to be removed but I need to tone up. I lost my butt and my breast are much smaller from loosing the fast off my chest. I just won a 2 month online personal trainer and I'm hoping to get some tips and get the last 30#s off. To have my health back to some point has been so uplifting and putting smaller clothes on feels awesome again. I never really have been over weight until I got sick and it took everything from me.   9. Your doing amazing. I was sleeved 1/25/15 and have lost 82lbs. I felt like I was melting at one point but now I'm losing slowly which is OK.   14. Give it time. I felt the same way. Not anymore. Actually drinking the first week was really hard and painful but then it got better. Over the summer I felt like a stick of butter in the heat because the weight loss was fast. You will go through different stages and everyone in the group has great info.   16. I didn't have a scale in the house for the last 3 1/2 years because I was obsessed with it. I am close to 9 months out and just bought another. I only weighed in at the Dr office.   19. I don't know how that is possible to gain weight at 4 or 9 weeks out I was still having issues eating and not keeping it down. As for weight lifting at this point, i was told no weight lifting yet. I could use wrist and ankle weight's and resistance bands. Your body is in recovery and is focusing on weight loss.   23. My legs are so loose and I walk a lot. Since surgery my fibromyalgia has really changed, I still have pain through out my body but my muscles have soften and the fat in my thighs where I had saddle bags has turned to Jello. I had surgery 1/25/16 and I've lost close to 60lbs. I'm concerned my body isn't going to snap back. I do have to push myself to get my Protein in.
