Terrified of surgery.
I was sleeved 1/25/15 and have lost 82lbs I don't have skin to be removed but I need to tone up. I lost my butt and my breast are much smaller from loosing the fast off my chest. I just won a 2 month online personal trainer and I'm hoping to get some tips and get the last 30#s off. To have my health back to some point has been so uplifting and putting smaller clothes on feels awesome again. I never really have been over weight until I got sick and it took everything from me. Your to young to feel the way you do. This world is changing and you need to be ready for it. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

Not feeling any restriction
Give it time. I felt the same way. Not anymore. Actually drinking the first week was really hard and painful but then it got better. Over the summer I felt like a stick of butter in the heat because the weight loss was fast. You will go through different stages and everyone in the group has great info. Wrinkles
My legs are so loose and I walk a lot. Since surgery my fibromyalgia has really changed, I still have pain through out my body but my muscles have soften and the fat in my thighs where I had saddle bags has turned to Jello. I had surgery 1/25/16 and I've lost close to 60lbs. I'm concerned my body isn't going to snap back. I do have to push myself to get my Protein in. My boss doesn't know I had WLS but she has told me I look 10 years younger, I'm 53. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
