Getting excited!!! Surgery day is 11 days away!!! I have worked really hard to stay on a low cal high protein diet, exercising every day to get ready for the surgery and have lost 18 lbs so far. This is my 50th birthday present to myself and I am ready to start a new healthier lifestyle!!

Eating burnt toast is not my forte......done it for about as long as I care to.

just did my pysch eval today - it was the last step before submitting to insurance. fingers crossed!

Today is a great day.... Live, Love, Learn.....

...And another 3 pounds has bitten the dust! Thank you Lord!

I have 5 more days until I enter a net loss of 0 pound for February!!! :-(

finally broke through my most recent plateau! Down 91 lbs!
