I'm having a rough time. Puking a lot, I puke every time I take my pain medicine which is liquid, and even sometimes when I only drink the smallest sip of Water I puke. I've been in a lot of pain, and can hardly drink anything due to throwing up and all the pressure in my chest. My follow up appointment is tomorrow. Your surgeon is more than likely verifying that your insurance covers the surgery and if so. What are the requirements. Your insurance requirements normally dictate your path. Received my approval...had to call the hospital to check on it and miraculously the approval had "just came in". Anywho, I have to meet for a group nutritional class next Tuesday and then I'll get my surgery date. Best wishes to the others waiting, I know the anxious feeling.

Although my insurance doesn't require a letter of necessity from physician the hospital where I'm having surgery does. Well I asked my ob-gyn to do it for me and he said that he doesn't do those I'll have to get with my primary care physician. Well I've only seen her once and in the past and I'm not sure if she'll even do it. Has anyone ever ran into this? Where did you get your letter of necessity from?
