I'm stalled at 6 months out and I've only lost 50 pounds it's a slow process for me and it's so depressing sometimes. And now I feel like I can eat more that usual not sure what's happening there.

You are so right and that's what my doctors and family say but I can still use all the suggestions anyone has to give on jump starting the losing process again

Mine was the same day. I'm thankful I have not had any issues and I feel great and going back to work tomorrow . I'm down 18 pounds.

Glad you're feeling great. I am five months out and still a lazy girl at heart. I have been doing spin class and treadmill but the struggle is real :-)

I made a group called "December 2016 Sleevers!" I would love for everyone who has a surgery date in December to join! lets be a great support system for each other and go on this journey to a better us with great friends. Share our success and failures along the way, cheer each other on, wether you already have support from your family and friends or from nobody at all like I've unfortunately seen from some, lets make sure we definitely have each other to lean on! btw they say you normally gain weight around the holidays, are we crazy?! haha
