How often do you weigh?
I weigh daily. I only record my weekly and monthly losses though, on 2 different sheets. I don't expect to lose daily, so it doesn't bother me when the scale doesn't move daily.

Weight Loss Progress!
@Seamster44 Your loss is incredible! You are doing fantastic. I wish I could lose at that rate, I don't let go of the weight fast, never have... but I tend to lose pretty steadily. I am grateful for every pound I lose, lol. I am Insulin resistant, PCOS, and now menopausal LOL. Yet I am 100% sure I will make it to goal, even if I turtle my way there. My 3 months of losses are -19, -6, and -7 I think... I am down 34 lbs now in just over 3 months. @☁9⃣B I am losing at about the same rate as you! In fact our stats are almost identical... I started at 250, at 216 now... and am giving myself a year to lose 100 lbs.

Am I eating not eating enough?!
On liquids, with the calories I was getting from Protein drinks, Soups, etc.. I think I was at about 500. With soft/purees I tried to up it to 600-700. I was also worried about not getting enough calories, rather than getting to many. 9-10 lbs in 2 weeks is a good loss! Stop the comparisons... it will only discourage you. Follow your plan, get in your protein and fluids, and your body will drop the weight.

How do you relieve the too-full feeling?
I am just over 3 months out and only recently am able to eat 2.5 oz of solids. Find what amount is comfortable and stick with measuring it for a while longer. I hate that feeling, it is like the food is coming up my esophagus... it is worth measuring just to avoid it. I also have those little 4 oz Rubbermaid containers, and know that half full of anything is good without actually measuring. I use those to take lunch to work... and sometimes at home just for the convenience.

First meal after sleeve
Yep! So nice to feel like you are eating "real" food after all those liquids.

Taking pills
I was taking whole pills the day I was released. My Omeprazole and pain meds were even in pill form.

How accurate is your calorie counting?
I use SparkPeople, and do pretty much what @@Bufflehead just said. I enter most stuff easily, but if the portions aren't accurate for me I use decimals. If a serving of fish is measured at 5 oz, and I only had 2 oz, I just enter .4 of a serving (which would be 2 oz) and call it good. I find that I can usually get exact measures... but I don't stress if I don't. I stick with good choices and really just track to make sure I am getting my Protein in.... the carbs and calories stay naturally low at this point.

Crushed vs Whole Pills
I was taking whole pills from the day I was released from the hospital. My pain meds and acid blocker were even pills.

I'm way too full
I had to weigh my foods at that point. I was great with 2 oz and anything more was too much. I still weigh food, it is easier than dealing with that stuffed up to my esophagus feeling.

Eating at 3 weeks post op
I was still on full liquids for week 3, and really tired of them! Are you still on full liquids, or are you on purees?

There are a great deal of us here that have LapBand to Sleeve or Band to Bypass revisions. Most everyone I have seen post are glad that they did the revision. Did you not lose at all with the band?

FINALLY out of plus size bottoms!
Yes!!! My arms and upper body will bounce back okay... the tummy, thighs, and hips I am fearful. I fear that my thighs have no hope... which is okay, I am 48. Shorts or bikinis are not my worry for my future.

Husband treats me like a child Re: food
He loves you, he wants you to succeed. It would be different if he was bringing home donuts and chocolate daily. Men are horrible on making their motives clear. I suspect he just wants to be supportive, and doesn't know how. Right after I had surgery my DH brought home a 3 lb tub of Protein powder.... and was peacock proud. I had to educate him that 28 g sugar in one serving wasn't the kind I needed. I love the man even more since he uses that to make himself a Protein Drink every morning... LOL. And yes, he says "can you have that, can you eat this". He is trying to learn this new stuff too!!!

FINALLY out of plus size bottoms!
I have literally been wearing the same pants to work for a 30+ loss. I credit the junk-in-the-trunk for keeping them up... the waist got bigger and bigger. The thighs and legs were just floating in space. The crotch was sagging. FINALLY, I lost enough booty to size out of all my pants! I went today and bought 2 pair of denim capris and 2 pair black pants... and none were plus size! I unfortunately, or luckily, still have a stack of work pants from size Yay all the way to size Nay.

Heartburn during 2-week Pre-op Diet
I have no idea why the pre-op diet would cause heartburn or chest pressure, especially with only Water. You should see your regular doctor. This is not a normal side-effect.

First pureed meal and your favorites
I did canned chicken breast with mayo, or even better Ranch dressing, and pureed a little until smooth. You can add a little broth if it seems too thick.

Are stalls real or do we just make excuses ?
Then you are taking your own failings and applying them to others. What caused YOUR stalls may not be universal.
