    Surgery date is Monday, November 20th. Conversion from Lap-band to RNY. Need to keep my A1C below 9. Pre-surgery physical is Friday, November 10th. Wish me luck! OH - and I just got married on 10/21/2017!!

    "Unforgettable" was the first CD I ever heard. I remember listening to it in the apartment Kat Caithamer Aguiar and I shared in Cincinnati and marveling at this "new" medium (it had been tapes up til that point)... Sad to hear of Natalie's passing!
