I was having the same issue but I found that Decaf tea with stevia at room temperature goes down much easier than anything else.

Chapstick is a must have. Second to that your own pillow.

I have told all of my coworkers. They are all guys and treat me like there little sister and would never forgive me if I did not tell them. I have told all my immediate family excluding one judgmental and crazy Aunt who heard it to the grape vine and keeps trying to call me. I don't have the time or the patients to deal with her questioning my decisions. I have told my Nieces and Nephews even though they are very young I wanted to keep them informed because we are very close. They range from 10-3 and they worry about there Aunt Nanna if we don't talk every two or three days. I don't want anyone thinking I am sick because I an loosing weight so quickly.
So all in all everyone I care about knows and anyone else I have not told will know eventually.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. Time for another popsicle. Then I think I will go to sleep. Just one more day to go.

My surgery is on Monday. Need to report to the hospital at 5:30 am. I know my sister loves me because she offered to drive me. She is not a morning person.
This liquid diet stinks and I have been sleeping a lot since I am exhausted. Lots of sf Jello, sf Popsicles and hot tea. I had some broth but it was not sitting well.
All I can think of is food and when I fed the dog this evening even the dog food smelled good. Don't worry I did not eat any.
Just grabbed a bottle of Water and cleaned my bedroom instead. Any one have any pointers for the liquid diet stage? I have been dreaming about cheeseburgers...I don't even like cheeseburgers.
Wish me luck!
