Did you hear that Dr. Alanis' prices changed? Linda called me and told me that they hospital raised the price to $15,XXX. She said I was ok, but I would have to schedule to keep the $11,500 price so I did! July 28th! I might have to change it though!

I am doing good! Changed jobs. I am at MHNW now. One of my reasons I haven't been on. I am down to 155- got down to 153 but bounced up to 155 since last week. Either way I am almost to initial goal of 150! But I think I am going to change it to 140-145 cuz momma ain't happy yet! tell me about you lovie! I hope all is well!!

I hate to say it but I am in a horrible stall worse then the 3 weeker.....I have only lost 4 lbs in the last..... dare I say it?.......over a month! ugh! I don't even know what to begin to think! I am still at 174 and hating it! I've recently gone back to nights in the last 8wks and I think this is one of the reasons. I'm just too tired to walk when I wake up and then it's back off to the 12 hr nightshift! I'M SURE you know what I mean! Saw Dr. Alanis on Thrs. and he was still pleased but I could tell he was kinda like thinking I'm slacking, and I am! UGHHHHH!! Hope your doing better my dear!
