So I've tried a few Protein drinks, EAS Myoplex, EAS lean, Premier, Muscle Milk, and I hate them, all of them, they taste incredibly bad to me, any suggestions would be amazing! I'm almost a month out and need to get the Protein in. So frustrated because the nutrition places around me don't really like to give out samples just shakers and t-shirts when you spend a gazillion dollars in their store

I could drink a lot after surgery. It took me awhile to where I felt full. But now I can eat a egg and be stuffed. Kinda goes by the day for me.

I'm sure you're fine. Check out bariatriceating.com they have a 48 hour reset for those who have truly stretched their sleeve. They also have tons of recipes and samples. I was frustrated cause 2 days home I hadn't lost much but when you first come home from the hospital you have a lot of Water weight from all the fluids. Don't weigh yourself again until your doctor visit. Keep up the great work!
