thanks.. just wondering as the Optifast shakes whichvi am able to have arnt clear. there is no way i would do anything to risk the integrity of my staple line and i knew u good people would know ☺

Thank you everyone. .. There seems to be some common threads in all your advice.. sipping is hard.. I will make more of an effort. . it feels like a fine line, sip to mych to often and inend up in pain, dont sip enough and I could end up back in hospital. . I am so glad i have time off of work to get my head around my new body requirements. thank you again everyone x Im glad to be here.
