  1. Breakfast: 10 oz. latte w/ whole milk & 1 1/2 Splenda Lunch: none Snack: none Dinner: 8 oz. protein shake made with skim milk Snack: 8 oz. protein shake made with skim milk Total Calories: 603 Total Fat: 25 grams - 37% Total Carbs: 34 grams - 23% Total Protein: 60 grams - 40% Today wasn't a good day. I'm extremely restricted and felt the golfball feeling even after a few drinks of protein shake or water. I'm hoping that it's due to the PB yesterday and that tomorrow will be another day. If not, it's back to the doctor for a slight unfill.
  2. Thanks for the encouragement, Telly. I'm hoping that something will change tomorrow morning. I would even be grateful to see 200. Good luck, everyone!
  3. leener & j.s., if you want to e-mail me the pics, I'd be happy to post them for you. My e-mail address is tricia@triciakutz.com.
  4. It's Sunday afternoon and I'm still at 201. :phanvan
  5. Aww P'Nut, I'm sorry about your loss. Animals become such a huge part of our lives. I can't imagine what I'll do when that times comes for one of our cats. *big hugs*
  6. I love cats too (and dogs, and, and, and...). Here are our 4 babies - Smokey, Patches, Simba and Morris, in that order. Unfortunately, our cats don't snuggle with one another. I wish they did because I think it's so cute. Hey Kat, what about naming your future daughter Katelyn? You could still call her Kat for short. :eekB:
  7. Thanks, EmileeKaye. Any advice is appreciated.
  8. I'm usually fine with these foods. I think I was just a bit over-zealous after my fill on Tuesday.
  9. Congratulations, Patty!
  10. Congratulations!!! :clap2:
  11. Ugh, if you only knew how frustrating this has been!! It's 12:55 am (Sunday morning) and I'm STILL at 201!!! UGH UGH UGH!! :faint: :help: :faint: :help: :faint: :help:
  12. I agree with the others. You should be fine. If the seat belt seems a little snug, just ask one of the flight attendants for a seat belt extender. You may wish to ask for one quietly upon entering the plane, and they will most likely bring it to you discretely.
  13. Congratulations, Mia!! Sadly, even after my fill this past Tuesday, I'm still at 201. Where are you, 199???
  14. Skye, congrats on your wonderful NSV!! I also wanted to let you know that even though I may not post it, I do think of you and your husband quiute often. I hope things are going well. *hugs* And....LOL @ your son's comment! :biggrin1:
  15. My husband and I don't have any children together (yet), but like JanetC, I would have been ok on my own.
  16. Breakfast: 20 oz. coffee w/ non-dairy creamer & 2 Splenda Lunch: 1/16 c. imitation crab w/ mayo & 1/4 scon (I PB'd all of this up so I'm not counting for today's calories) Dinner: 1/16 c. beef roast, 1/16 c. mixed vegetables Snack: 16 oz. protein shake made with skim milk Total Calories: 500 Total Fat: 10 grams - 15% Total Carbs: 40 grams - 32% Total Protein: 61 grams - 50%
  17. I've lost 73 pounds and hydrate my body on a daily basis. I have loose skin on my inner thighs and a bit on my belly. There are so many things that contribute to whether or not you'll have loose skin - genetics, how long you've been heavy, how heavy you are prior to surgery, skin elasticity, etc. I imagine I'll have a thigh lift at some point. If other things are needed, I'm sure I'll have them done as well. However, I'm going to wait until I get closer to my goal weight before I start making appointments to see a plastic surgeon.
  18. I got my 6th fill this past Tuesday and am now at 2.8cc. It's definitely an individual thing. The typical signs for me that I need a fill are 1) I'm hungry 2-3 hours after eating and 2) I can eat significanly more than usual. My surgeon told me that sometimes when you lose a significant amount of weight, the restriction will diminish, thus the need for another fill. I'm pretty aggressive with my fills. Once I get my signs, I don't wait more than 1-2 weeks before getting a fill. He also mentioned that once I get closer to my goal weight, the frequency of fills will decrease. I'm hoping that's the case. My fills are virtually pain-free, but if I don't need one, all the better.
  19. LOL @ Heather beating me to the punch! I was going to do the same thing.
  20.
