Started my pre diet today. :/ This is going to be be hard.

I am pre opp at 367. I'm set to have gastric bypass because of the amount of weight I have to loss.

I started getting all the medical things I needed in March. Had an issue with insurance but that is now taken care of. I've has so longs to prepare. First I quite coffee, then soda. Soda was the hardest for me! I could no lie drink a two litter A day!!! I know how crazy that sounds now but I did. I'm vary proud that I've quit soda! but in all that time I feel I could have done more.

I gave up the caffeine about 1 1/2 months ago. It was awful at first. Thank goodness that part is done at least. The sugar is my next struggle.

I'm so afraid of the headaches. I'm prone to Migraines.

Just wondering what is okay. I know what is clearly off limits but these that blur the line. I'm not so sure off. Any advise would be helpful.

I start my diet 12/26 and I will be ringing in the new year in Dallas. So that mean my family will be getting a lot of takeout. I'm wondering if I can get away with egg drop Soup as a broth?

I got the call last Monday! January 6th is MY day!!! Lol it's so crazy how none of this felt real until I got that date. Maybe a part of it still doesn't but I'm sure it will pass. Right?
