Thank you for posting. This makes it clear to me that I need to follow my established plan, recognize my demons and stay out of danger - zones and excuses. I think it's remarkable for you to recognize these influences early on and fight against that.

I'm also 8 days post-op! I think that if you acted out on any cravings at this time you'd seriously hurt yourself. I don't necessarily have cravings at this point. If I feel like I'm "hungry", I'll grab a sugar-free Popsicle or sugar-free jello or something like that. Stay strong and I hope you feel better soon! -

Hello! Was sleeved on December 4th, so only 8 days out! Doing really well so far. After I woke up from surgery, I thought this was the dumbest thing I ever did in my life. I thought I'd made a huge mistake - but here I am a week later and feeling really good. Trying to understand the difference between "head hunger" and actually hunger, but I'm excited about what lies ahead!
