Christinamo7's father died unexpectedly today. Those who feel comfortable doing so, prayers would be appreciated.

She's such a lovely lady, inside and out. When I reached out to her before my surgery with insurmountable fears and panic, she was kind and reassuring to me. I had seen her responses to others' comments and I knew she was special. She's always been there for me and has always been direct and honest, but never scolding, y'know? She's a doll. I'm so sorry about her dad. RIP, sir.

it's not Monday, so it's not official yet - but I hit ONEDERLAND this morning! had to get David up to come look at the scale. :-) without a witness I am afraid I would have told myself I imagined it.

Only lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks. I have not cheated once since surgery. Seriously folks, wouldn't you be pissed and/or disappointed too?

I may not have made myself very clear. My surgery was 3 weeks ago, band to sleeve revision and I have only lost 8 lbs. IF you go by what others post on this site, (which of course many of us do and is why we are here), others note their weight loss at 20, 30 and even 40 pounds in their first month! Yes, I know my stomach is healing, but aren't the others with more significant weight losses dealing with the same healing issues? Of course they are. I have heard that revision patients lose much slower than straight sleevesters, but I don't understand why that would be. Also, I have been trying on tight clothes which are still tight. I will keep on keeping on. What else can I do? lol. Thanks for your responses.
