  1. it's not Monday, so it's not official yet - but I hit ONEDERLAND this morning! had to get David up to come look at the scale. :-) without a witness I am afraid I would have told myself I imagined it.

  2. I went to a lake, and did all the lake activities. I was never tired or exhausted and I could keep up with my companions. It was a great feeling. This summer is going to be so awesome.!

  3. Trying to recover from best Birthday weekend ever. Jimmy Buffet concert, romantic B&B...epic stuff

  7. Had my 6th and final appointment of my medically supervised period this morning! Down 63lbs since my first appointment in December!! My file is being sent to insurance for approval this afternoon and barring no significant delays on the insurance approval, I'll be getting sleeved June 17th!!!!

  8. NSV? Lost and caught: So there I was--surf fishing (my favorite thing among all things)--standing on the beach in my old, way too loose sweat pants and surf shoes when my lines went "zzzzziiiiiiinnnnnggggg!!!!!" (really big fish on the hook and taking my line). I yanked the rod, fish lurched deeper into the ocean--pulling me in. There I was knee deep--my now water soaked sweats (now way too big since weight loss) down around my knees. What happened? I caught a forty four inch striped bass and lost my pants. I never felt the least bit embarrassed. I was feeling way to joyful, not only for catching a nice fish, but for losing enough weight to lose my pants in the process! I guess it's a good thing I wore my new baby blue undies that day. smile emoticon I was the only woman surf fishing that day and all of the guys were good spirited about the whole experience and attempted to save my "dignity" Ha! I had just out fished all of them!!!!! Joy, joy,

that is great! You can really sense the joy you felt at the experience. and yep, more proof you should always have on clean underwear when you leave the house - especially post-op since you never know when you'll inadvertently show it off!

  19. Held a plank for 30 seconds today. Considering 8 weeks ago I struggled to hold it for 12 seconds, I'd say that's progress! And did four of them in a row today not just one. yeah me!

  21. is it bad to pretend like you don't recognize someone you don't like?

  22. I'm freaking out a little, in a good way! Tonight I was able to hobble onto the scale because my curiosity got the better of me, since I haven't been able to weigh myself in a while because of my knee surgery and huge bulky brace. I'm exactly 200 pounds lighter than my highest weight! I am so, so happy to have made yet another enormous milestone! I love all of you. Thank you for being so kind and supportive. Onward to my next milestone in 21 pounds: losing half of my highest bodyweight. Can't stop, won't stop. :)http://imgur.com/NOpEeIs
