Did you drop bra sizes? How quickly?I went for my one year follow up, and the only thing I'm short on is Vitamin D. It's the winter and Chicago's temperature started out at -8, so I won't be a sun worshipper any time soon. I've been placed on Vitamin D supplements, but everything else looks great.
I just made it down 100 pounds in a year! Attached are the before and after pics of December 20, 2015 to December 20, 2016. Here's to a great 2017!IMG_6803.JPGIMG_7040.JPG
I did! I went from a G to a double D. I've been consistent at a Double D after I lost the first 50 pounds. I lost the first 50 in the first 4 months, so I was rapidly losing my chest. After that, it has stopped losing in the chest and moving to other places where I wanted to lose weight in the first place.

@lastipe...Thanks so much for sharing your pictures!!! You look great...I really wish I could be a year out already, surgery is Tuesday Dec.27th. I am currently in the excited freak-out stage. Any advise???
Don't freak out. It will be one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. Take deep breaths, follow the program, and you will be in my exact spot on December 27, 2017.

My stall lasted about 3 weeks. Then the weight started dropping off again just as it had the first 2 weeks. The stall is nothing to dread, just keep following your doctors orders, and you'll be losing weight again in no time.

Thank you so much for this post!
When I look at other people having surgery in the same week that I did, and have already lost 60+ pounds, I was getting depressed. My doctor said he was very happy with my progress, but I still felt like I was losing it too slowly. This was the encouragement I needed today: Just to know I'm not alone in what I feel is slow weight loss.
But we can look at the positives, at least we're losing and not gaining weight.

HI everyone-
I'm on day 2 of the pre-op diet, and while I'm not hungry, I'm exhausted! I contemplated pulling a George Costanza and sleep under my desk during lunch. Unfortunately, I'm the only HR person here so my plan has been foiled by this open door policy. How are you guys combating the fatigue? I've already had 3 liters of Water, and keep getting up to make sure my blood is flowing.
Thanks for your help!

Thanks! I actually haven't had skin surgery, but I need to. My arms are all skin at the top, and my lower abdomen, thighs, and back have skin that can go immediately. I just lost another 5 pounds this month, so the plastic surgeons I have spoken to want me to get at a more stable weight.
