Apparently, cheese is a no-no for me. :-(

Try some soft cheese like Brie or Cream Cheese just a little bit and see how it goes. My aunt had RNY and could not eat cheese for a while so it could just be a time thing. I had VGS and 2 wks out I've eaten small bits of soft cheeses w/ no problem. My big fail was Indian food which I love. Hopefully in time I can put it back on the menu. Good luck !
