I'm 2 months and 10 days post op and don't regret my decision at all I had vsg sugery and I made up my mind before I had the surgery. it was the best decision for me I'm no longer on my diabetic meds or b p meds or even my colestrole meds . I've stopped smoking and have lots of energy and my knees and back doesn't bother me as much now that I'm loosing weight so I'm healthier now than I've been in years

My recovery wasn't miserable either I was a little sore for a few days was off pain medication in like 2 or 3 days

You will do fine I was sleeved June 1 2016 wouldn't change a thing I have no regrets but it is definitely a change in lifestyle but all you need to do is follow what your doc. And nut. Tells you to do and you will be fine good luck .

I'm using foreman in Huntsville sugery not set yet still like 2 months with dietitian and 10 lbs before I will be a proved bt ins.

I Would consider skin removal but my insurance doesn't cover so hope I don't have a lot of saging skin

I quit smoking cold turkey 1st month in to my 6 month required ins

Thanks for advice I feel a little better now I guess just ready to be done with sug. And start my new journey in life can't wait to lose weight and enjoy life in my new body

I've never had sugery before so I'm nervous about the sugery and all prep and being put to sleep really don't know what to expect sorta nervous

My ins required a 6 m0
