I have to use the torani syrups in my protein shakes to be able to tolerate them. I can't taste the protein powder at all with it.

Any good app. to track just weight loss ?
I just switched to myplate. It tracks everything and if you have an iPhone it syncs with your Health app. Also have used baritastic. It does a summary for the day, month and lifetime of your protein, carbs, fat, etc.

I could drink a lot after surgery. It took me awhile to where I felt full. But now I can eat a egg and be stuffed. Kinda goes by the day for me.

Did anyone go to surgery alone.
My brother went with my mom and at the time he was 19, I was in high school or I would have gone with her. And then she came with me. I couldn't imagine being in the hospital alone mainly because i got bored and wanted to talk.

Eating out
I've ordered kids items before with no issues. But I also have ordered full meals and just have had leftovers. Some meals are able to last me 2 or 3 days with leftovers.

Surgery Dec.10! I'm so nervous! Help me?
Surgery never has been a big deal to me, but my mom was nervous for me. She kept telling me it was serious surgery and if I was sure I wanted to do it. My mind was made up. My pain wasn't terrible after surgery. The first day was the worst. After that I was just ready to leave the hospital and get home.

First pureed/soft meal attempt
I had that problem with refried beans. So I had to cut them out. I think my problem was that I ate them too fast.

2 weeks beyond surgery still hungry 2,200 calories a day what's wrong?
I felt like I could eat a lot after my surgery, but I knew I shouldn't so I had to cut myself off. But, recently I have been starting to feel full after little meals. I was worried they actually didn't do the surgery because i was still hungry.

Time off work - selfish?
I told my boss I was having surgery. Didn't specify what because it wasn't their business. Granted, they figured it out as I started to lose weight and noticed the things I was eating post op. I also did mine in a less busy time of year.
