  1. 65 grams of Protein a day start weight was 275 lbs. surgery weight was 260 lbs. weight now 240 lbs. drink lots of Water get all my Proteins in food wise I measure everything I am just a slow loser. I'm doing what I'm suppose to be doing I have always had a hard time losing weight I'm not giving up I'm just done with the scale I haven't weight myself for about three weeks. Not giving up my program. I do have faith that the weight will come off its just so frustrating sometimes that's why I say I'm done!! I'll be alright I know this.


  2. I have experienced to eat food now with no bread no tortilla I'm Hispanic and ate everything with tortilla. I love bread but have learned food taste better without the carbs. As you get more into learning your stomach intake it gets easier and now I find myself not caring or even wanting the breads or tortilla. Burgers were my favorite before. I'm still wanting things I can't eat but I make the best of it by making better choices. It does get easier day by day.


  3. Don't feel too bad almost at 6 weeks and only lost 12 lbs. getting all my nutrients and Proteins , Vitamins very active I think I'm losing inches but no lbs. I rather lose it slow then fast this may help on not getting the sagging skin I'm a pretty solid person. Just gang in there I'm trying to be very positive this will pass.


  4. I have learned that I must take all my Proteins in daily , I have learned to take in all Vitamins and Calcium as the plan tells us to. I am on a stall for 5 weeks now and I know it's okay. I have learned that so what I'm stalled but they have taken me off blood pressure meds. So my health is getting better. So all in all I have learned that just because the weights not coming off as fast as I'd like it to my health comes first.


  5. I'm stalled 3 wks already and I gained 2 lbs I'm getting all my Proteins and Vitamins I know how you feel. I've always had trouble losing weight and this sure feels like I'm stuck on stall!! I was sleeved 4/21/16 I know it's still early I've lost 15 lbs but gain 2 back it just feel like this isn't going to work for me and I'm also active oh well sorry just venting
