10 weeks and 53 pounds lighter. Other people see a difference, but I'm struggling to look in the mirror and see big changes. I feel a world of a difference and am immeasurably happier.
It takes a long time for a brains to catch up and allow us to see the physical appearance change. But those other areas where you are noticing the difference - guess what? those are the ones that matter most! you are doing fantastic!
Kari.... this is why i tell people to take pictures.... Other people will see it..... We on the other hand will not. Please, start taking them..... Once a week... say Monday am snap a front and side....
