I make these and add sea salt to the top or sesame seeds, or Italian herbs before baking. Gives a really nice flavour. I make a sandwich with tuna or chickensalad, on 1 piece of cloud bread, so more an open sandwich. Perfect to take to work too or just snack on one with a piece of cheese.< /p>
I hadn't even thought of doing this, I am 5 weeks PO. Had a thin slice of ham and slice of low fat cheese rolled up. Went down great and that hunger I was feeling tonight is now gone. Plus bonus of added Protein. Thank you.
