I do a good bit of waking. Even in the last few days just been running around alot. And I stand at work while moving around alot. But I havent like gone to a gym much this week being that I have had 4 birthdays and a wedding. I dont eat much calories, I'm just not really hungry.

LOL. Yeah it is alot. I didnt realize til today when I started on fitday.com that 52% of my intake today was Protein. I mix body fortress with a glass of skim milk in the morning. I had two protein puddings. And a New Whey fruit punch shot like thing that has 42 g alone. And a little bit of chicken. I also took in 28% carbs and 28% fat today. I'm not sure if I am doing it right..lol Maybe thats why I havent lost any weight in over a week?

I was banded on the 10th and in the first week lost 12 pounds. Now for over a week I haven't lost a damn thing. I tried increasing my food intake then decreasing and still nothing. Right now I eat a little less then 1,000 calories a day. Has anyone else stalled? Maybe I need a fill?

I love Body Fortress. But I also go to Weight Loss & Protein Diet Foods, Meals, Meal Replacements & Programs for Weight Loss They have mixes that you can make a shake with or make it into pudding. They have tons of flavors. So far my least fav is pink lemonade.

Is there such a thing as too much Protein? Today alone I took in 122g. Just wondering if thats too much?

I was supposed to be on liquids 21 days. I couldnt last, on the 16th day i moved to mushies :[

Being that I work at a hotel we get compliants from guests about this I guess your using a debit card? When you use a debit its gonna auth for the amount first to see if you are gonna have it. then its gonna charge the amount. So example I got something for $50. card company auth the card for $50 then charge the card for $50. So when you look at the account you see $100 taken out. So it will take about 2 or 3 buisness days for the frst auth to come off. They do this as a security to make sure you have the money in you account since its a bank account.

I have many different Protein Drinks like chocolate, vanalla, pink lemonade and cheesecake. and I already eat Jello from time to time. But I don't really like Soup or broth :/

Well, I do see him on Monday. I figured I'll talk to him then. So I'll hold off a couple more days.

Has anyone started the mushie stage early? If so, did you get sick? or continued to lose? Since my pre op stage to today its been 14 days on liquid and I have 7 more days. I am starving and Thinking about starting the stage. I know, Its bad...sigh

I lost 17 on liquid and 4 pounds since being banded on the 10th.

If the doctor says theres alot of risks doing the surgery and the negitives out way the positives then why the hell is he still doing lap bands?

I dunno..This whole thing seems fishey to me. I had gotten seizures from a diet pill but after I didnt shop around to oprah,Montell or tyra.

since 4/3 of my pre op diet and being banded 4/10 lost 19 pounds. 21 pounds since begining of the year. I had lost some and then gained back and now lost again.

I came down with a cold two days before surgery. I had runny nose, sore throat and fever. But by the day of surgery I only had a runny nose. And it wasnt green discharge so I was able to have surgery.

I was banded on 4/10. And the day went pretty good. Had to beat the hospital at 6:10 am. They wanted to get a pee sample and it took me forever to pee. Then the nurses was running behind They had to get a blood sugar and they poked me 3 times with a needle because I just wasn't bleeding. But I was in surgery by 8am nd out by 8:40. I woke up in the recovery room and the nurse was hand feeding me ice chips..mmm and I felt really sick so they gae me good meds. Then they put me in another room where my mom can come chill with me. The doctor ordered me to have 4 hours of IV fluids. So that was the longest part. And I also have to war an abdominal binder for two weeks. I have 5 incesions. One is already 98% healed. I still got lot of gas and I try to walk everyday. I have to put an ice pack on my stomach every 2 hours for 2 hours til I see the doctor on the 21. I was only able to lay on my back and now I can lay on my sides. The port site hurts from time totime depending on how I moved. And A frind came by my houe yesterday to get me out or a car ride and te car ride bothered me abit, felt sick. I have no pain other than if I move wrong and hurt the port area.

Hey karly1. I was also banded that day. My port site is just a bit sore still and it bothers me some to ride in a car but other than that I am good. I also have to wear an abdominal binder which is a pain. Are you already exercising or not?

With me I donate most of the clothes that don't fit anymore. Although I still keep a few things just in case I gain/lose weight again.

I went 7 days this past week. I just made sure that I filled up on liquids and Protein. And it didn't go too bad. The second day was the worst for me. then towards the end I got a cold. But I was banded yesterday and well I don't feel hungry at all.

Hello, I was just banded yesterday and they gave me a brace to wear. It wraps around my stomach and back. It's weird but they never told me I had to wear one. But anyways they said I can take it off for a shower today and replace my bandages. Oh man. when I did that I got light headed and felt like pucking. then when I got over that and took bandages off to replace I felt the same way again. Maybe the brace was too tight? I just never heard anyone else getting a brace. And its a pain and itches alot too.

I seem to have gotten a cold 2 days before my surgery. A sore throat and stuffy nose. If I am not better, is there a good chance they will cancel it?

The liquid diet has gone so well. I feel fine. Already lost 14.5 pounds. Tomorrow I have to do a bowel prep kit. Although after the liquid diet whats left in me? lol The only thing I am worried about is I have developed a stuffy nose and a bit of a sore throat. Hope I will be well On Thurs for my surgery.

I would be scared to go to mexico:unsure:

so far the second day of the liquid diet was the hardest. thats when i felt sick and had a bad headache. But third day feel like 90% better.
