The Nutribullet is just an amazing tool to start with . starting with a base of almond milk Silk, I add kale, spinach, strawberries and a tbsp of natural Peanut Butter. Then a scoop of Protein Powder. I have tried them all and I swear by chocolate Muscle Milk powder. Use the light version for less sugar.

I have an upcoming Skype meeting with Dr. Zavalza concerning my future sleeve surgery. I thought it would be a good idea to write down relevant questions as they come to me so I might get the most out of this meeting. I seem to have a case of writer's block. I have spent alot of time researching the procedure but I can't come up with much for the doc. If anyone can think of some good relevant questions, please share as I think this would be valuable information for anyone at this early stage of the process.
