I'm on vacation for a week in foreign land. I have been able to maintain my Protein and daily Fluid intake. But not having a scale to jump on every morning is making me nervous. I have two Protein shakes daily, one as soon as I wake up and one in the late afternoon. It's freezing up here so I'm drinking a lot of herbal tea without any sweetner and my hosts are pretty healthy folks who make me a veggie and apple juice every morning.
As far as my diet goes I'm following everything I am supposed to a T.
I hope when I return home to my scale, I will not be disappointed when I step on it.

It just hit me that I'm scheduled to get sleeved in 3 weeks...21 days....
Not sure if I'm excited or scared...probably a little bit of both.
Time to keep the nerves at bay and do this thing!!!!!
Can't wait to get cute once more!!!!!

I'm 39 and I also have dealt with my weight all my life. I was even discharged from the military because of it. I'm 295 now down from 310..my first appt is Nov 25th. 6 months seems like an eternity away lol
