I'm glad to hear your surgery went well. My surgery was a success to. Now I'm dealing with the nausea I couldn't even go home yesterday. I'm having a hard getting the liquids down.

I pray for you as well, I hope you have a safe surgery and speedy recovery... I know I'm not getting any sleep tonight my mind is all the place.

Remember that the first few days are the hardest, it is only temporary but the new you is forever! I struggled badly the first week but now at almost 7 months out and over 80 lbs down, it is by far the Absolute BEST decision I ever made! Keep us updated!

My surgery is tomorrow ????I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. As I sit here packing my bag all I can think about is how my life is about to change for the better and about all the things I have missed out on due to my size. After tomorrow I will not let anything hold me back from doing anything that I want to do.

my surgery date is 11/16 I just got the call my surgery is scheduled for 2:15pm ????I need to arrive at the hospital by 11:45am. Nervous & excited! But ready for my new life. To everyone who has been sleeved this month Congrats ????????

Sorry about your headache. Today is day two for me. before bed I had a cup of Decaf tea, a little headache but not as bad as I thought.

Hang in there! My diet consists of 3-5 Protein shakes a day. broth, sugar free Jello, Popsicles and sugar free apple sauce. 64 oz Water.

Thanks everyone. I found out that the work shop is getting me ready for the pre op liquid diet. And giving me the run down of how everything is going to work.

I have my sleeve date 11/16/15, but I have to do a two hour work shop before my surgery. Can anyone tell me what to expect in this work shop?
