Honestly my periods been very irregular since surgery. I was sleeved three months ago and only had my periods once. I think it's big change for body and the extreme weight loss affects the hormones. Other then that only bad thing is about two weeks before my periods my weight loss was minimal but soon as I got them all the Water retention was gone and start dropping weight fast.

There is so much you can eat once you start your solids. My typical Breakfast would eggs. Any sort. Good Protein and very easy specially if you have busy mornings. lunch I would either have can of tuna, fish fillet, chicken breast. For dinner stuffed capsicum with mince, salmon, chicken kebabs anything meaty. Also I have at least one Protein Shake per day sometimes two. Depends if I do gym in morning and cardio in afternoon. If I do two sessions I have two if one I just have one. If you feel hungry in between just have carrot stick or few nuts.

my staring weight was 124.8kg today I'm 96.1kg, on 7th of August it will be 3 months post pop:) x
You're doing great. If you don't mind sharing what was your start weight?
yes I have that same problem. But I like the lean and tones look versus flabbyTwo months post operation and 55 pound (25kg) down. Not quite half of my goal but defiantly on right track. I started gym two weeks ago been going about 4 days week and also do swimming 5 days week. I have found since I been working out my weight loss have slow down. It's bit frustrating but I hope it's due gaining muscle. Anyone with same problem? ImageUploadedByBariatricPal1449466021.022365.jpg ImageUploadedByBariatricPal1449466033.904925.jpg

I been having same issues, started about 3 weeks post surgery. I been doing lot of reading and it seems like it's really common side affect for sleeve patients. I'm now 5 weeks and still feel sick all the time. Just make sure you keep up your liquids and take your Vitamins and it should go away one day (other sleevers been experiencing this feeling for months at the time). So good luck and hope you feel better soon.
