I would buy some different flavors of crystal light and see which ones it mixes best with. I personally do unflavored Protein powder mixed with Crystal Light Lemonade and you can't hardly taste the Protein.

I understand I would feel that way too if it was September 1st. You will be fine. You have more than enough time to get over your nervousness. Where are you having your surgery at and what kind are you having?

I am having Gastric Bypass at Kaiser in Clackamas, OR. I am hoping the nervousness subsides quickly.. Feeling pretty unsure right now... lol... I know it is something that I have to do though.

Well, I start my pre op diet in the morning. My surgery is on June 4th. Wish me luck, I am going to give her hell and hopefully come out on the other side better than I am now.

I will habe my surgery on June 4th. My surgeon said you should really take 4 weeks off. That way you have time to recover and get back to eating food in the safe confines of your house.

I start mine on 5/21 for a surgery date of 6/4/16. My pre diet consists of 1000 calories of boost (or other supplement drink)

Hello, my name is Brian Pixley and I live in Oregon. I am just beginning this journey and am looking for information. I am meeting with a nutritionist the day before thanksgiving and I guess we will see where I go from there. I wanted to introduce myself to everyone and say hello.
