I am nowhere near that stage yet but how are you feeling Chelle? Do you find it hard to stick to? I have this strong addiction to hot sauce and I just explained to my husband that I need to get use to being without it in order to get through all goals for this WLS. I was just curious. By the way how well did you do with the pre-op diet?

I did well with the liquids so far I think, I went ahead and started my pre op diet b/c I have to be on it for 2 weeks and I need to go ahead and have the surgery asap b/c my insurance changes at the first of the year. So I went ahead and started b/c if they call me I can tell them that I have started and hopefully get scheduled asap. I have a large protein shake in the morning that way I can make it till about 12 or 1230pm. I have made sugar free jello peach and strawberry , and bought some broth from the bariatric pal store on here that has protein in it. It taste really good, just have to cook it really well so the powder dissolves well. My first three days were the hardest I think. Good luck to you. @DivaSoBlessed. Oh and ps....... When I smell food being cooked it is the hardest lol.
