I have started my self in soft diet today,, 1/2 cup oatmeal, , with diced,dates and 1/2 scoop soy Protein ,, eating slowly,, going down nicely,, haven't had any nausea to date

Hi folks day nine after band,,, feeling really good,,, down 22 lbs since starting liquid pre-op diet,,, wanna lose 40 more,,,)

I see the doctor for my follow up visit Wednesday,,, anxious to see what he says I can start doing physically,,,

Mentally I'm strong,,, I have noted my appetite returning,,, but I am working on calories and quantity,,,)

Morning folks,, my mood seems brighter today,,, I don't know if it's because I feel less bloated or that I'm going to get out of the house,, either way it's a blessing,,)

Hi physically I'm doing fine,,, sore and bloated,, but I have now come to the reality of battling my addiction to eating,, I am bored ,, but too soon after surgery to do too much

I have no appetite whatsoever but my mind tells me go in and eat something you'll feel better go cook something anything with do with food, ,, although I'm not hungry! It a emotional crutch,,, I think the battle to defeat my mind will be the hardest battle I will fight,, for it knows all the right buttons to push

But on the bright side I have gone through this battle with my mind when I quit smoking,, going on 4 yrs smoke free,,, and I know every day,, week ,, month I go with out giving in to this mind game that I'm playing ,,, it will become easier,,
