Haven't posted in a while but tonight decided to get over my hatred of body pictures and start taking them every sunday so I can see the changes. I don't feel them but I know they're there. I know if I don't do this I'll regret it later. So tonight I took 9 and I plan to take 9 more next Sunday and stick to it. It's time for me to love me for me every inch of it!

Well just thought I'd share a before and after picture.
The left picture is from today and the right is a picture from June 2015 and I was at my highest weight. I decided to look back and see if I could see a difference. I can for once see a difference and that made me so happy today!
