Cold sores? I never really had a problem with colds sore before surgery. Now I seem to get them more often. I'm I leaking a vitamin? Any suggestions?

6 weeks out. Any suggestions on helping with bloating?

Sleeve on Nov 17th. Feeling great! Down 34lbs. I have so much energy now. Knee and back I have had is gone. Dropping sizes in clothes. Wish I had done it sooner.

Did you ask for for the nausea? Right now walking is the best for your total knee arthroplasty. Watch your calorie intake. Ice your knee take your pains. -

Oh my yes! I thought I was weird. My had a good smeller before surgery. Now is it more sensitive. My hubby ate the soup which he has eaten other times. Now I can really smell garlic and onion that is end it. Glad to know I'm not alone. -
My feet stopped swelling. I went down one size. Depends on the brand some two sizes.

We all are going to have these days. Full up on fiber. Sip more water. Go for a walk, Out of sight out of mind. Get away for the cookies. If they are at your house throw them away. Pick your head up and move on????

Congratulations! I think it is the best feeling. Out the old in with new. So many places you can take your old clothes too. I have found buy new clothes as I loose the weight is going to be costly. I'm shopping at Second hand stores. Friends clothes who don't want there clothes. Also I have a friend who had her surgery 3weeks after mine. The clothes that are too big for me saving them for her. -
I had sleeve Nov 17th. Doing good. I s it 3mins after you get done eating to have liquids?

I told my cloest friends and family. A few work employees just because I had to have coverage when I'm gone. The other people they will figure it out. Really it isn't none of their business. You will find who are your true friends are. -
Anyone who doing the puree stage? Just the thought puree different foods makes my stomach turn.

I work for othropedic office. Yes. We have seen this before. Sometimes injection can help. If you are not allergic to eggs can see about Gel One objection, or anything in the roaster comb injection. If it is arthritis. If not it maybe a tear too. Good luck. -

Thanks for the advice. Yes, I'm aware of the calories. I do air popcorn use very little salt and butter.
