I am sorry about what happened but I feel everything happens for a reason and might now you may not know what that reason is ,but one day it will come to you and you will understand . GO FOR IT !!!! as long as you are comfortable with your doc . I had my band on 9/20/2005 so I am just 8 days into it now . I feel great . My incisions are a little sore , the one where the port is . I have lost 13 lbs already , i feel great and I do not regret it a bit . I would do it over again in a second . wish you the best !!

Hello. just banded on 9/20/2005 I live in Daytona Beach Fl . I am hoping to hear from anyone with some good advice . best to you all -
nice to hear your stories . I was just banded on 9/20/2005 , I am still sore and I also have the gas pain in my shoulder . my cuts are starting to itch so I guess they are healing . I was told not to lift for a few weeks but I am feeling pretty good . I am not bursting with energy but it I think being on just liquids is not helping . Wish you all the best . Hope to hear some good advice from you all .
