  1. Here's a tip. Use unflavored whey Protein like Isopure. You can add to anything. Just watch adding it to anything 130 degrees or hotter. The protein will degrade at higher temps.

    Try the injury chicken Soup. It is pretty good and warm! Just don't use too hot of Water or it gets clumpy. I will my with boiling water then add a splash of cold water- not much. Then stir.

    You can add Sriracha sauce in it to change it up as well.
