  1. You know I think everyone has felt happy and scared at the same time with getting the sleeve and I can honestly tell you the only way you can fail is if you eat 25/7 to make up for the lost of your other half of your stomach. I can also tell you that with my stomach half gone it seems like there is a switch that got turned off and food is no longer a main thing for me. You will conquer this like you have for every thing that has ever gotten in your way. Take the February 1 date in stride you got this

  2. Okay I am going to carefully ask you to take a couple of breaths.................... It is going to be okay............. I think you are being to hard on yourself. ..................... When we get hung up on how long we stall and our weight fluctuations we go to the extremes....... I had my surgery 10/5/15 I'm 2 months and 3 or 4 days out............... My doctor thinks I'm doing great he said just watch your eating. Ask are you getting full quick ?Are you listening to your body? He said the weight will come off I started at 295 ...... stayed at 265 for well over 3 weeks I added more walking /cardio and don't get hung up on my weight because it took more than 1 month to pack all this weight on so it going to take me sometime......... This decision took over a year to make to even get another surgical procedure from the failed lapband........ I know you are beating your self up but take it one day at a time wls will take time................. Nice meeting you take it easy it does get better.

  3. Yeah, depending on what type of person you are. And if you do not care what anyone says about this surgery do as you please. However , if you wear your heart on your sleeve keep your business to yourself. I find that I have to ignore or tell people what they can kiss. Cause I didn't ask for anyone opinion or permission that shuts them down completely. Lol

  4. Wow! Just had my first awful experience. I Had blackened fish taco with cabbage and pico de gallo and no corn tortilla for dinner. I took one too many bites and had the worst restriction pain, for about 10 minutes, and then vomited. The only good thing about the latter is I feel better now.

In retrospect I think I ate too fast and didn't chew the cabbage very good.

Just did the same thing as you last Thursday. I had a rough night sleeping that night. Kept waking up with intense burning in my throat. But then by the next day I was over it all. If you have trouble on the night, sleep sitting up as much as you can. It will help! Good luck!
Yeah I call that elephant on the chest you will do that a couple of times before you get the hang of tooo much

Month three the hair starts to fall out but it is temporary.

I just had a 3 day stall myself. But, I had to drink Smooth Move tea last night to encourage a bowel movement. It worked (with lots of uncomfortable cramping) but at least my 3 day stall has ended. Down a lb.

I got to just keep pooping regulary which is not easy.

    Yay!

I don't think you call it a stall if you stay the same weight for a couple of days and you just had the surgery. I think everyone should stop putting so much pressure on your selves. The weight will come off as long as you are doing it right. Not eating taking your meds anything that is done to maybe loose the weight quick can cause a stall. So slow and steady will win the race.
