Finally! Plastics time! Tell me everything!
Yikes. That sounds very stressful. Have you asked your PS why you have received differing opinions? Maybe if you were to voice your concerns and hesitations they could ease your fears. I hope you can get peace of mind. If I have surgery it won't be for awhile. I'm not even 6 months out from my sleeve date. But I'm a perfectionist and over thinker so I've been contemplating the future. Going out of the US for surgery terrifies me. But I live in the most expensive city and a partial lower body lift would be $25k lol I wish you peace and healthy healing. Please keep us all posted. Constance

Indented Incision
The incision next to my belly button was problematic for me. It was site and had a bump. Oddly two months out a portion of the sutures poked out. I removed it. It finally healed a few weeks later. All sutures were supposed to be dissolvable. I'm sure it's nothing but good thing you have an appointment so you can ask

Finally! Plastics time! Tell me everything!
The scars I saw looked like augmentation from decades ago when women had silicone implants. Very long scars vertically along the aureolas. As well as underneath the breasts. I thought most scarring was now under the arm pits. Granted I won't need augmentation rather a lift. Just gave me pause. Thanks for the input

Finally! Plastics time! Tell me everything!
I looked at some patient pictures posted. The surgeon was mentioned here. Located in Mexico. I was taken aback because of the obvious scars on the surface of the breasts as well as underneath from augmentation. That is a red flag for me. I wouldn't expect that type of scaring now. Maybe 20 years ago

Finally! Plastics time! Tell me everything!
I'm ready..........where it seems doing multiple areas on the body for lifts tightening displacement of fat to other areas is done on the same day!! Do you think that full shebang would be done in the states? Is it mandatory you bring someone with you or can you go solo. Is this all cash or does insurance play a part if they would pay a portion. How did you find your Dr? Word of mouth? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks

Self pay and could cry over the amount, couple of questions
My surgery cost $89,000.00. I almost fell over when I saw that on my EOB. Two day hospital stay and a hernia repair. Granted I live in the most expensive city in the states. But that price was unbelievable. Thankfully the sleeve was covered under my policy.Gl

Anyone have their surgery when they had a cold?
The biggest concern with getting sick before surgery is your compromised immune system and a higher risk of infection especially if you have a fever. While your surgery may not be cancelled, it’s always best to tell your surgeon so they can make the call.

What are tickers?
I wonder why they changed it. That's disappointing. I only use my devices rarely my computer. Thank you

What are tickers?
So now the tickers no longer exist? There is no way to track our weight loss. At least that is the way it currently is on my iPhone and iPad. That's disappointing.

What is your favorite meals?
I can tolerate scallops and fresh prawns. The odd thing is I hadn't had meat in 8 years but I've reintroduced it since my sleeve. I've had no problems with pork, lamb or steak. Granted I'm not consuming a lot and I make sure to get the leanest cuts. It's kind of nice to feel like I'm splurging when in reality I'm not.
