Indented Incision

Hello all! I'm new here. Had my sleeve surgery 2/23. One of my incisions is very indented, has a lump under and is sore. All the rest have healed up well and I'm feeling great. This is my only trouble area. I see the surgeon Monday, for my post op checkup, but it is concerning to me and I'm impatient. Has anyone else experienced this?

The incision next to my belly button was problematic for me. It was site and had a bump. Oddly two months out a portion of the sutures poked out. I removed it. It finally healed a few weeks later. All sutures were supposed to be dissolvable. I'm sure it's nothing but good thing you have an appointment so you can ask
