Awesome . But u know I tried sweet & don't get sick at all but keep away from sweet just had to try it the thing give me dumping when I drink to fast it's crazy I'm down 100 lbs since October23 not bad huh

Hey October family been read all ur post I am so proud of all us how much weight loss we LOST awesome !! my Hw 340 Cw 240 my goal is 150lbs So thankful for my RNY it was nice reading ur post October family keep up ! I'm have to deal with my stall for weeks so I think I'm going try to reset my pouch wish luck thx

Go back to basics that what I did after my stall I also hit 6 months this week happy to say I also hit 100lbs YAY us good luck keep up the good work!!

Omg I was the same my self still have to eat Proteins first if it's chicken or tuna or eggs I can only do 2oz at a time if not I be sick for the rest of the day !???????? I can eat like 2 time a day the rest Water & yes wait 30 min to drink anything before or after good luck I just know it will get easy for us soon or later I also am just started week ago on solids food

Good luck to all us October was rough we all started a new Journey !!! My surgery was 23 October I still struggle with my liquids & Protein. I scared of get dehydrated That like the worst thing that can happen end up back @ hospital . But look at the bright side I already lost 30 lbs before surgery after I have lost something like 10 lbs. so it's worth it all the pain & discomfort we are going through that's cuz I am not exercise At all taking easy beside I think after I see my Doctor this coming week I have to get ball rolling & start to walk thank you all & good luck to all

Hey Guy's just check in I also went to my 6mos every is good I'm off my high blood presser med's YAY !! I also try to reset my pouch but I didn't ! but hey the gallon of Water Work's thx to Ron I started to lost again [emoji98][emoji98]did the tick!!
