  1. I have lost about 50 pounds and have been going to the gym several times a week. One of the exercises that I have enjoyed and been encouraged to pursue by my personal trainer is jumping rope. I've apparently got a good rhythm and it's an excellent exercise so... The problem lately has been that my belly is flopping around as I jump and has actually been kind of painful at times. Is there anything out there like a sports bra for the belly? I feel silly asking but I don't know if I'll be able to continue with jumping rope/jumping jacks, etc if it's going to be painful like this. Thanks in advance!

  2. I have PCOS and periods have always been problematic. I would get blood clots, seriously long periods (7 weeks of bleeding) or no periods at all. I once went to the hospital emergency room thinking I had a kidney infection only to find out I was trying to pass a blood clot the size of a baseball and that was the cause of the pain. I worked with the doctors to try to regulate the hormones and my periods and finally decided on the Mirena. I have had the Mirena for 3 years now and have been virtually period free since. Post surgery, I have been getting my period every 2/3 weeks. I was assured this was normal but I am still waiting for it to slow down, lol
