MY DOCTOR FINALLY SENT MY APPROVAL! SURGERY IS FRIDAY!

Has anyone ever had their doctor deny them for surgical clearance?

There are a few of us on here. I am in Alsip on the far southwest side. My sleeve was done 12/23/2013 at Loyola University Medical Center. Where are you having your surgery? What part of this great metropolis are you in?

I am in the northwest suburbs , Geneva area. How is everything going for you? My surgery is October 16th at St. Alexius In hoffman Estates.

Anyone out there have an October 12th surgery date? Or close to it at least? Who is your doctor, where are you located, are you going to Mexico?

I can't believe how close it actually is! I just started my 3 week liquid diet today and so far so good

My date is close. It is October 16th. I start my pre op diet on 10-1. I am in chicago suburbs.

So at my first nut class she said we would be on 4 oz of Protein drink 3x a day for 7 weeks starting the day of surgery is that the case for anyone else

7 weeks??? By 7 weeks after surgery i am eating normal food! wow

Just try and remain positive. You're doing everything right. Just keep talking to your doctors and your surgeon. Get all your ducks in a row before you add surgery to the list.
