  1. I agree whatever you are comfortable with. I've doing fine on these I make sure I take them with food. [emoji4]
  2. My blood work was also good. I'm back to taking Centrum multi for over 50 and I take vitamin C and a few others
  3. I was sleeved on 8/18 my HW was 264 and my current is 182 so I'm down 82lbs. It has definitely slowed down but I guess that's normal. Today for breakfast I'm having 2 scrambled eggs. I have grilled chicken with broccoli and about 6 noodles of pastA for lunch and I brought a small container of Greek yogurt for a snack. Last night I had sushi for dinner, just three pieces and some edamame.
  4. Just follow their instructions and you'll do great!
  5. I had my surgery done on 8/18 by Dr Novack in the same group in Paramus. They Are wonderful. I am down 73 lbs and feel great! Good luck to you I'm sure you will be happy with your decision.
  6. I was sleeved on 8/18. I am feeling great. I am down 45lbs. I don't exercise as much as I should but I have RA and some days are harder than others. I've had several stalls and do my best to try and embrace them. I am very thankful for this site and to have others that are going through the same experiences and to have you all to share with.
  7. I have had a few stalls but the scale is moving again! Yay! Read the article "Embrace the stall" it really helps you understand why stalls are part of large weight loss. Hang in there! I'm down 43 lbs in 10 weeks since having my sleeve. It works stay positive.
  8. I was hungry the first 5 weeks and then it stopped. Better days are coming! ????
  9. From one Italian girl to another you won't regret it! The first couple of weeks were rough getting through the three week post op diet. Now I feel normal again and I'm only 8 weeks out. I had no pain at all. I did need my doctor to prescribe Prilosec and haven't had any issues since. I'm 54 and would do it all over again. This was the best gift I have ever given my self. Good luck to you.
  10. Hi I was sleeved on 8/18. I'm 54 and have RA. My Rheumatologist is the one that suggested the surgery to me. I have not looked back since. I am down 35lbs and have no regrets. It's wonderful getting full on so little food. I didn't have any Pre-op diet I guess I was lucky but my doctor didn't require it. I'm glad to have this forum to share experiences. ????
  11. Awesome! I can't wait for Onederland!
  12. Sorry after the second week
  13. I just gave someone else this advise but it really helped me because I love to go out to eat, order Soup. I usually call ahead to see what kind they have but it worked for me to feel normal during the first month
  14. Why don't you just order soup you can sip on it and feel like your part of everything. If they say is that all your eating say yes I ate late today ???? I love to eat out and soup has been my savior.
  15. Happy birthday! I had my sleeve on 8/18. It will get better I promise you. Stay Positive and try to walk even if just around the house it will help you feel better and definitely ask your doctor to prescribe Prilosec.
