Day 8 lost a lot ghem solids stared yesterday i mean full liquid like creamy soups and sf ludding and i gained a lb may e 2 by tomorrow

Ia, 8 days has mine in Mexico rough start ened up in er with tons of x rays and ct scans i was fine tho and your right food is eveywhere I still have to cook delish fod for my man dont want to go out bc i cant deal w the restraunts or look at social media i just cant I started cambless creamy Soups and puddings today let me say ahhhhh so so much better then Clear liquids ive snoke in a few mashed potatoe bites i was fine but thats not the point i spent 9,000 cash i have to stick Thanksgivng coming up soft foods and i will eat sugar and all soft foods lol

Ia, very much so this is day 8 so iam on full liquids its stoppd some but no real bowel movement or anything for a lot ive seen it can take a while i mean are new tummis are Learning how to digest so it makes since

Mine was the same date and ive had a time i did mine in Mexico and ive stuck well with liquids and go to the bathroom sooooo much!!!! I was in er for 15 hrs coming back bc i couldmt breath they lots of xrays and ct scans i was in the clear i also get a muscle spasam that comes and goes not bad bad pain tho Some naseau ive lost 10 lbs but iam so so miserable and down not so much bc of the food but the breathimg part i force myself,to walk and its slow but we need to Caffine weird ive not had that headace e yet beofr sugery i tried to diet and that was my first thing to happen

Yeah i know and i just flew in a total of 10 airplanes for my surgery which was in mexico! I cant seem to wint for losing!!! Well this just means i have to stay extra extra extra healthy- no matter what bc ive had lots of ct scans my life time and dont plan on flying many planes in my future- ill have to stock up on extra antioxdkant Vitamins as well I guess eventually thismwill be easier but for. Now its crazy!

Er did lots of xrays blood and 4ct scans all wa okay she said I still feel sooo sick and naseau but no lung clots This is awful and now iam pumped up a tons of radations i got this surgery to get healthy not die if cancer in 20 years But on a good note ive lots 10lbs going to the bathroom every hour lol

I wish inhad known that but i didnt too late now- i just hope ill be okay And my lungs are just irriated from surgery i mean they did just do a bunch of work and my diagphrammis right there thats what iam hoping for

Dang¡ i used it maybe twice! And bc they told me was for gas i figures id be fine and they never check ir asked if i used it i left it there

No i wasnt really given anything unless it was a blow thingy¿ i used it like once and they said that was for gas but i didnt have any gas - and i have done much of anything else iam not in pain really and just the breath thing I feel soo nauseated tho now maybe bc all the xrays and being scars to death! Uh now iam regretting my decison all that money and worry i just want to cry cry cry so bad ;( Sorry major venting. nOw

Well it was in mexcio and priamery dr is gone so i came to emergency room and i just have to wait xrays next

Sleved Mexico tuesdsy Doing well besides a few stomack spasams ill say I noticed tho yesterday waling and today iam so so out breath much more then usuaal I seen on my takehome sheet that was a bad thing but figired this maybe normal all i need to do is give it a couple days Also bowel movemnts there like pure diarrah i knows its way to much tmi and gross But just if thats normal,ñ Thanks so much in advance

Hey all I was sleeved in Mexico tuesdsy no pain much just realllly out of breath I have a goal l163 which is 200 pounds for me when i went lots of people lost some and gained all back and revising to gastric by pass so wanting to know if anyone is like me and achieved 200lbs¿

Well the basic whey protiens in the market , i just found an organic grass fed i think i will purchase that egg ad hemp and drink betwwe. All of those its just nice to hear what others have to say

I reallllly want to stay away from the whey protien bc its really loaded with chemicals i already have a weak immune system with all the weight and havoc junk ive put myself thru these 29 years I am pretty much going and have gone all vegan raw besides white meats and some dairy Or well will be=] so wondering if anyone does the hemp protiens powder? Ill be going ti mexico so i know il need something on my way back also

My diet is the protien bc iam going to mexico so it not the liquid i know its for my health but ive failed miserable? Should i just do a liquid diet al next week or be okay?

I havent been sleeved yetnov 9th , but the first time i seen the show increid she reminds me sooo much of me me me!! Even her parents remind me of my aunt who raised me. For me ive always been fat and never agreed or been the one who says bugger is beautiful ive worked my ass off ths 9 months to raise 8000 for my surgery and i will lose it and hope,she does something also i love her showmtho

Been over weight all my,ife What. Iam seeing is many people are losing weight ,but health issues are same or worst My issues are unfertolity, some heart issues, liver enzymes up lower throid Many small,issues that are big to cause other issues! Iam dropping 8,0oo hard earned money to get better have kids and a life, improve my liver and immune system so my chance of cancer is waaaaayy les and i can live a norma lifespan everything caused by mh 350lbs frame bc i cant lose weight on my own and ive been dieting since imwas 5 -no pun! So is this just a thing to lose but not improve my health concerns??? Iam 30 btw Sorry for posting so much but seems i read something new everytime

Okay so no juicing for me now , but i will invest in a vitamix that will make the whole veggie into a smoothie fiber and all intact idk maybe iam somwrong buti feel it will make me more healthy idk

Well iam not worried about the calories per say bc when i juice i dont really use any. Fruits unless its a tiny leamon or nit even a half of apple i uice only for the Vitamins strickley so i probably will end up still juicing for diease prevention i feel i will need more bc of the nutrition definenxy

Iam doing more low card for the liver shrink diet now ,but i like to juice And was wanting to do a plant based protien smoothie is that ok????? Also whag i have read is juicing with the sleeve isnt a good idea bc our tummies are too small? What abiut smoothies. W a vita max? I plan on doing this once a day het extra nutrients??

Well iam not even sure which airplane to bet guess i never thiught seatbelt extension but what if i cant fit in the seats ??? tHats got me super worried iam 330 tall but that probably does t say much lol
